We don't need to be able to walk into your room.
Feel free to stack wherever you'd like. Nobody needs to enter the room and move around.

Please use your friends as a resource. Have a group room? Use it. We encourage you to get help from your friends. I.e dropping furniture and suggestions. However, please don't allow them to build for you . . . defeats the purpose of YOU competing.

You don't need Builders Club to play. As long as you know how to :screenshot and have a means of getting us said screenshot. We don't even need to enter your room. Use the free trial!

No moodlights needed. We will edit walls/flooring out of your builds that aren't within the room size given. If you're trying to black walls out, we got you!

Stacking
Stacking outside the allowed room size limit.
Above we built in a 3x3 space; using the stack tool outside of the room limit; we were able to add to our room without taking up space.

Have a concrete idea. It works wonders when adding onto an idea. Visualize the whole idea then tackle the small stuff!

Have a group badge? If you have a group room it makes it easier for friends to lend you furniture you may need. Every builder should have a group room, you learn from others.

Progress pictures. Take progress pictures of your rooms, you learn from your own mistakes. Midway through building stop and re-assess. It could be the difference between winning and losing.

Colour
Match Aesthetics. Working with 10 different wood tones for example . . . might not have a good balance! Check what looks good with what before stacking it together.

Lighting inside your builds. Play around with different lighting, stacking them in furniture to create a different ambiance. You can also achieve this by using shadows to show depth perception and changing the mood.

Test weird furniture. Playing with weird furniture can add to the quality of your build. Creating new things that inspire you, inspire us.

Furni Lines
Experiment with furni. The use of different furniture lines can heighten the overall aesthetic of your room. Don't use just 1 furniture line to build. It adds no dimension.

Organic
Play with room shapes. When following the room size limit, you don't always have to make the room perfectly square. Play around with room shapes to make it more organic.
